Steps

  1. Select the most promising ideas from your initial brainstorm or review.

  2. Sketch or design the concept in 3 phases, in reverse order:

    1. Desired outcome: what will your user achieve when they reach the end state?

    2. The solution: how does it work and how do your users engage with it?

    3. Start: how do users get in touch with your solution?

  3. Try scoring the concept on a few parameters, like benefits, risks & impact.

  4. Give it a catchy title to make the concept stick.
